This past year,
Realty Austin, an Austin-based real estate company, collaborated with
Real Estate Webmasters to offer all of their agents a selection of real estate-focused template websites that were customized to each individual agent. This became an important selling tool for the agents at Realty Austin because it gave them their own presence online, as opposed to just having a bio on their company's website.
Real estate agents are busy building their business and don't have the time or knowledge to build their own website, so I started offering a set-up and social network consulting service to the agents.
This service includes:
- Website setup: layout design, development, editing and maintenance
- Content creation and coordination
- HTML coding
- Snippet programming with integrated MLS
- Search engine optimization
- Social media & online branding strategy and management
- Link building
